Do I need to have painting experience to attend?
Not at all. Love on Canvas is beginner-friendly. A professional art instructor will guide guests step-by-step, making the experience enjoyable for everyone, regardless of skill level.
What is included in my ticket?
All tickets include access to the sip & paint experience, art materials, a welcome drink, curated ambience, live music, and photography access. Additional inclusions vary by ticket tier (Blush Entry, Rouge Experience, Noir Luxe, or Cupid’s Circle).
Can singles attend the event?
Yes. Love on Canvas features a dedicated Cupid’s Circle experience for singles, designed to encourage relaxed interaction, creativity, and connection in a comfortable and elegant setting.
Is the event only for couples?
No. The event is thoughtfully curated for both couples and singles. Whether you’re celebrating with a partner or attending solo, you’ll feel included and engaged.
What time should I arrive?
Guests are encouraged to arrive between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM to enjoy the welcome lounge, drinks, and photography before the main experience begins.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Welcome drinks are provided, and curated food options will be available during the event. Additional food and drinks can be purchased at the venue.
What should I wear?
The dress code is Elegant & Romantic. Think classy, comfortable, and Valentine-inspired (reds, blush, whites, neutrals, or gold accents).
Will there be photography and videos?
Yes. Professional photography and short video clips will be taken during the event. By attending, guests consent to appear in event content used for promotional purposes.
Is the event safe and well-organized?
Absolutely. The event is professionally planned with a structured flow, dedicated staff, and clear coordination to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the experience.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are limited and sold in advance only. We strongly recommend purchasing your ticket early, as availability cannot be guaranteed at the door.
Are refunds allowed?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you’re unable to attend. Please notify the organizers in advance.
